RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Casa Bella, if for some reason you're not, we will gladly exchange or issue a store credit for any merchandise returned in perfect condition, within 15 days of purchase.
Sale items, food and special orders are not refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship via FedEx and we offer three shipping options within the United States:
1. Standard: 3-8 business days 5-10 business days
2. Expedited: 2-3 business days 4-5 business days
3. Express: 1-2 business days 3-4 business days
The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount.
For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table above.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Mountain Time, excluding holidays).

Casa Bella reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
Canceling an order: You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by calling 970-349-6380. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
